Developed the Planned Giving Program for Castle Medical Center (part of Adventist Health System). Responsible for closing over 60 planned gifts with a value in excess of $45,000,000. This was accomplished with a 3 person shop which also does trust administration for all planned gifts. The "Key" is using volunteers and allied professionals.
Raised funds to purchase and operate 1240 Acre Ranch - one of the most successful youth ranches for delinquent boys in the Pacific Northwest. Still operating.
