The purpose of a standard agreement is to provide your organization with the professional counsel and the support necessary to develop a successful, self-sufficient, planned giving program. Our goal is to develop $1,000,000 in gifts during the eight month contract period.

The following scope of service has been successfully implemented by us in other areas of the country. This service can be modified upon mutual agreement in writing. Services will include, but not be limited to:

• train staff and volunteer foundation advisory committee to recognize the characteristics and needs of a potential donor;
• organize and conduct six to eight seminars for prospective donors. These will be exclusive, planned giving seminars, not estate planning seminars;
• develop an active referral network of various CPAs, attorneys, real estate, insurance and financial professionals to work with and to recommend your organization as the beneficiary of planned gifts;
• train staff to use the information available and to work with the local counsel through the planned giving process to the close of the gift;
• independently develop prospective donors in your area;
• on-call planned giving consulting services to the Development and Planned Giving Departments;
• consultation on all planned giving materials;
• consultation on setting up the support and administration system for handling gifts.
